All things being equal, I would rather pay the extra $10 for the Criterion for the benefit of the magnet snaps and non-swiveling loops.

I have a Milt Sparks Criterion on order I may cancel as I have a used TT GunLeather Slim XC IWB on the way which may get the job done for much less. If I still splurge on a holster, I'll probably direct my attention to a Brommeland Def-Con OWB.
