WebChitubox seems to handle those errors properly when slicing. I have had to repair files before hand to ensure there are no problems with the STL files before I start. I usually only bother to use chitubox for slicing unless I really think the anti-aliasing is needed from PW.

As far as slicers go, I prefer lychee because it crashes less for me and has some nice features, but chitubox is great too.
